RETURN POLICY

All items (except software and video tapes) can be returned within a 30-day period for a refund. Chessforum reserves the right to charge the customer with shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. In the case of a return the customer is responsible for shipping both ways even if they received free shipping to begin with. This guarantee is not valid in cases of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer. If you have received a damaged item and you would like to return it, you must call or write for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping anything to us. All damages must be reported within 24 hours. A replacement item will be sent you up on return of damaged item.
